Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 26, 2026

Welcome to Noble Mutual. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noble Mutual website located at noblemutual.com (the “Site”), and any related services, content, communications, and tools we provide (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, calling us, or otherwise communicating with Noble Mutual, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

1. About Noble Mutual

Noble Mutual is an independent life insurance brokerage. We are licensed to sell life insurance, final expense, term life, whole life, mortgage protection, indexed universal life, annuities, and related products in 47 states and the District of Columbia. We are not licensed in Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, New York, Vermont, or Wyoming, and we do not transact insurance business in those states.

Noble Mutual is a brokerage, not an insurance carrier. We act as an independent agent on behalf of consumers and place coverage with third-party insurance carriers based on the consumer’s needs, health, and budget. Policies are issued, underwritten, and serviced by the carriers, not by Noble Mutual.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater
  • A resident of the United States
  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, do not submit any forms, request quotes, or provide personal information through the Site.

3. No Insurance Advice or Recommendation Without a Licensed Conversation

The information on the Site, including blog content, educational articles, calculators, and product comparisons, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to purchase any specific insurance product.

Insurance recommendations require a licensed conversation with a Noble Mutual representative that takes into account your specific health, age, beneficiaries, financial situation, and coverage goals. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for that conversation.

Rates, benefits, riders, underwriting guidelines, and product availability vary by carrier and state and can change without notice. Any premium estimates shown on the Site are illustrative only and are not a binding offer of insurance.

4. Requesting a Quote or Submitting a Form

When you submit a quote request, contact form, lead form, or other inquiry through the Site, through a Noble Mutual landing page, through a Facebook Lead Ad, or through any other Noble Mutual marketing channel, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
  • You are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide
  • You consent to be contacted by Noble Mutual by phone, SMS text message, and email at the contact information you provided, including by automated dialing system or prerecorded message, regarding your inquiry and related insurance products and services
  • Consent to contact is not a condition of purchase
  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email

If you provide a phone number that is not yours, or information that is false or misleading, Noble Mutual is not liable for any communications sent in reliance on the information you submitted.

5. SMS Text Message Program

Noble Mutual operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of communicating with prospective and existing clients about life insurance, appointment scheduling, application status, policy follow-ups, and related customer care.

Program Description: Conversational SMS related to life insurance inquiries and existing policy servicing.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your communication with us and the stage of your inquiry or policy.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Noble Mutual does not charge a fee to receive our messages, but your wireless carrier may. Check with your carrier for details.

How to Opt In: You opt in by submitting your phone number on a Noble Mutual lead form, quote form, contact form, Facebook Lead Ad, or by providing verbal consent during a call with a Noble Mutual representative.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any Noble Mutual SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing SMS from us.

How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any Noble Mutual SMS message, or contact us at the phone number or email listed in Section 1.

Supported Carriers: All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Noble Mutual does not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Telephone Communications and TCPA Consent

By providing your phone number through the Site, a Noble Mutual lead form, a Facebook Lead Ad, or during an inbound call, you expressly consent to receive marketing telephone calls and SMS text messages from Noble Mutual at the number provided, including calls and messages delivered by an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial voice, or prerecorded message.

This consent applies regardless of whether your number appears on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS
  • Telling any Noble Mutual representative on a call that you wish to be removed
  • Emailing us at support@noblemmutual.comwith the subject “Remove Me”

Noble Mutual complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), all applicable state telemarketing laws, and the Federal Communications Commission rules governing automated communications.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Carriers and Insurance Products

When Noble Mutual places coverage on your behalf, your policy is issued by a third-party insurance carrier. The carrier, not Noble Mutual, is responsible for:

  • Underwriting your application
  • Approving or declining coverage
  • Setting rates and terms
  • Issuing the policy
  • Collecting premiums
  • Servicing claims

Noble Mutual is compensated by the issuing carrier through commissions. This compensation does not change the premium you pay. Different carriers pay different commission rates, and Noble Mutual recommends products based on your needs and budget, not on commission level.

We are independent of any single carrier and represent multiple carriers across our portfolio. Carrier appointments and product availability are subject to change.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, calculators, comparison tools, and software, is the property of Noble Mutual or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

The Noble Mutual name and logo are trademarks of Noble Mutual. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any form
  • Submit another person’s contact information without their authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or our data
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or our communications systems
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or threaten Noble Mutual employees, representatives, or other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE MUTUAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • The information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current at all times
  • Any premium estimate, rate quote, or product illustration is binding
  • You will qualify for any specific insurance product
  • Your application will be approved by any carrier

Insurance approval is subject to underwriting by the issuing carrier. Rates depend on age, health, tobacco use, state of residence, and other factors determined by the carrier at the time of application.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBLE MUTUAL, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noble Mutual, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights
  • Any false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information you submit

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution First. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact Noble Mutual at supprot@noblemutual.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Noble Mutual agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in [your county and state] or by video conference. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.

Class Action Waiver. You and Noble Mutual agree that any dispute shall be brought in an individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

15. Changes to These Terms

Noble Mutual may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

Noble Mutual may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections 3, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 17 survive termination.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noble Mutual regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Failure by Noble Mutual to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
